The giant balloon has a cute Hip-Hip Hooray design and looks stunning with the gold, pink, blue and yellow tassels. Simply blow up the balloon and attach the tassels to the clear string provided. You can then hang this from the balloon to create a show stopper at you special celebration!
Each pack contains 1x 36" balloon, 9 tassels (3x gold, 2x pink, 2x blue, 2x yellow) and 1m of clear string. Tassels measure 20cm when laid flat.

For Imported items please allow 8 to 14 working days for delivery. The product will state in the description if it's imported or not! If it does not state that the item is imported than delivery will be as per normal is 3 to 7 working days.
We do not offer collection at this stage.
